Epimol-B AP Cream is an all-purpose cream formulation for both adults and children; to moisturize and help the skin restore its protective barrier. It's made from carefully selected modern ingredients that include Cetomacrogol, Glycerin and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) which hydrate the skin and prevent trans-epidermal water loss. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) increases epidermal production of skin barrier lipids as well as barrier layer proteins and their precursors, leading to the observed enhancement of skin barrier function. Vitamin B3 has also been shown to be a more effective moisturizer than white petrolatum on atopic dry skin
