The Epimax emollient cream is carefully formulated using mild concentrations of Cetomacrogol, Glycerin and Vitamin B3 to soothe baby’s delicate skin and offer a long-lasting moisturizing effect on dry skin conditions including Eczema and psoriasis. It contains Glycerin that supports the skin by attracting and locking in moisture, making the skin not only Soft, Smooth and Supple to the touch but also preventing it from over-drying. Epimol-B Baby and Junior Cream can be used as a soap substitute and dilute/mix corticosteroids
