Peel off the protective film to expose the adhesive side. Peel and paste on top of your undergarment. It is advised that you do not stick the patch directly on the skin as it may cause skin sensitivity. The patch will begin to warm up once exposed to air. Remove the Patch once it gets too hot. Avoid wearing the patch overnight.
