Each additive-free, Pure-fil vegetarian/vegan capsule contains 400mg of pure powdered Valerian Root Valeriana officinalis L. The herb is organically and wildcrafted sourced, cultivated without pesticides or herbicides. It is valued for its calming and relaxing properties, helping to reduce overexcitability and support restful sleep. For anxiety, the recommended adult dose is one capsule three times a day; for sleep, take one capsule 30 minutes before bed.
